Compact Form

The Akko 3068B Plus Blue on White Keyboard has a 65% compact form factor. Arranged in the ISO UK layout, this mechanical keyboard features 68 keys pre-installed, as well as an additional twenty keys for you to customise the appearance. These include a different coloured space bar and other novelty keycaps. For comfort, the keycaps use Akko’s ASA profile, which means the main body is rounded and sport a similar height to OEM profiles.

Typing Experience

Each keycap on the Akko 3068B Plus is manufactured from PBT, a highly durable plastic that resists wear and tear from extended use. The legends are printed utilising the double-shot method, meaning they are moulded into the keycap during manufacture for a more seamless finish.

Beneath the keycaps are Akko’s own Jelly switches. This model is equipped with Jelly Pink switches which have linear feedback and a medium actuation force. Keeping your typing experience smooth, Akko Jelly switches feature a dust-proof cross-stem and PC bottom. Additionally, these switches use translucent casing, to allow RGB lighting to shine through.

Enabling you to customise the Akko 3068B Plus, this keyboard utilises hot-swapping technology. The sockets are 5-pin hot-swappable, enabling you to install switches with different feedback and actuation forces for your own unique typing experience. It should be noted that the “1” and “2” keys utilise a 3-pin socket, due to the positioning of the USB on the bezel. They are, however, still hot-swappable and prime for customising.

Akko keyboards bring together trend-influenced style and high function. The Akko 3068B Plus is available in two colour schemes. This is the bold Blue on White, featuring a white bezel and keys accented in with blue. Additionally, there is RGB backlighting to illuminate every key for a modern glow. Lighting can be customised utilising Akko Cloud Driver software.
