Engage in an innovative campaign, experiencing an exciting story over the course of multiple sessions. In the process, several surprises change how the game plays out. Surprises abound!
Multi Use Cards
With over 150 cards that can be used in multiple ways, Maracaibo will unfold differently every time you play.
Campaign
An optional campaign mode can be engaged that will unfold a sweeping narrative over the course of multiple game session that reacts to your choices.
Ship Upgrades
Upgrade and customize your ship to gain an advantage on the high seas. Your achievements will be rewarded with special abilties for your ship that allow you to explore multiple strategies.
Setup
Each player receives a ship and selects a career. Each player then receives a hand of project cards that will inform their grand strategy as they set out on their grand adventure.
Turn Sequence
Players move their ship up to 7 spaces along the Caribbean and take an action wherever they dock. Will they explore the deep jungle or fight alongside the grand navies? The sea is open for exploration.
End of Game
After 4 decades at sea, players will compare their accomplishments to claim victory and the title of the greatest captain in the Caribbean.

This is the first time I had a complaint about an item bought through GAMEROOM. The game board looks used/pre-worn and that was really disappointing as I can see that other games sold through other channels have impeccable game boards and as this was rather an expensive buy...
